Twelve year old Billy Stone’s dad is a worn-out archeologist looking on Aumuaka Island for a lost medallion that supposedly brings great power to the person with a kind heart. When Billy and his best friend Allie stumble upon this great long-lost treasure, they get transported back in time. Billy and Allie must fight against the evil King Cobra who has gained control with the medallion. With the help of their new friends, Anui, Huko, and the wise man Faleaka, they all learn important lessons about themselves and each other. But what if the treasure they seek has been with them all along?
This story has many surprises and lots of action. It will make you think about how you live your life. Also look for the companion movie, but I would suggest reading the book first.
