On February 25th, my family went to the Van Andel Arena to watch a Grand Rapids Griffins ice hockey game. It was Bring Your Dog Night! (We didn’t bring our dog to the game because our dog doesn’t understand hockey.) As we walked up to the Van Andel Arena, all we could hear was barking. The game started after the American Anthem with a chorus of dogs. Every once in a while
a sound of a doorbell ringing would come over the loud speaker. The first time it happened, all of the dogs barked loudly. The second time, the dogs were too smart to bark.
The Grand Rapids Griffins were playing against the Iowa Wild. The Griffins won 3-2! There were a lot of fights in the game. I bet someone lost a tooth. It was super fun. Woof!
