Cooking Corner – Super Bowl Trail Mix

Most of you are going to watch the Super Bowl, right? Here is a fun and easy trail mix for that awesome night! See my other Super Bowl recipe here It is for delicious guacamole.

Ingredients:

½ cup of unsalted peanuts

½ cup of pumpkin seeds

2 cups of Chex cereal

4 cups of popcorn

1 cup of pretzels

1 cup of Goldfish crackers

½ cup of Craisins

1 cup of M&Ms

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Toss the first three ingredients with cooking spray and a pinch of salt. Bake for 5 minutes. Stir carefully, then bake 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.

In a large bowl, mix the popcorn, pretzels and goldfish crackers. Add the first set of ingredients once they are cooled.

Stir in the last two ingredients. Happy eating!
